    厦门福州泉州旅游全攻略之二——吃

              吃乃吾一声所爱,所以去厦门之前我就已经做足了这方面的功课。但是第一天去泉州,就让我有了挫败感,半天找不到list上的泉州肉粽,这也成了此行的第一大遗憾。不过幸运的是我还是在当地的一家名为厦门干蠔粥店的粥,吃了他们的招牌粥,口味相当不错,可惜没吃到干蠔,有些失落。第二天在厦门吃的最爽,在一家号称“百年老店”的名为好清香的小吃店里,几乎吃到了list上所有的厦门名小吃(见下图)上为炸五香,口味不错。第二排从左到右依次为海蛎煎:一开始口味还好,但吃多了腻口。中间是一种叫油葱稞的东东,据说是将肉丝、荸荠、炸过碾碎的扁鱼加面粉搅和而成,也不是很赞。再是蛋塔状的两个叫韭菜盒,比较干,但口味不错,韭菜味不重。最右为油条,是下排面线糊的赠品。第三排左一为陷饼,虽然样子不像传统意义上的那种馅饼,但口味大致相似,就是大饼皮里加点丝卷起来。隆重推出左二的土笋冻。据说这里面冻的不是土笋,而是一种和其很相似的海虫,因此营养极为丰富,冰凉爽口,蘸醋吃更爽,可惜我吃不惯。左三春卷,味咸,内有各种蔬菜丝,口味没什么特别之处。右为米线糊,就是米线加大肠鸭血等配料,口味也没有什么特别之处。不过,在鼓浪屿吃的沙茶面是让我最难忘的,豆干,肉丝,猪大肠加上美味的桔黄的沙茶汤,简直是间美味。遗憾,没有吃到传说中入口即化的花生汤。
